[Help] Can't change avatar - robertocaribbean - 2020-08-27

I get the following error when tried to upload an image file in the user panel: "The file upload failed. Please choose a valid file and try again."



I tried:


  • Upload images in .jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp

  • Resize/Compress images manually.

Make sure your avatar meets requirements of:

Code:
The maximum dimensions for avatars are: 150x150 pixels.

The maximum file size for avatars is 4.91 MB.

Yes, I meet the requirements.



My image file is about 1MB and 150x150.

Try lowering your res to?140x140 and see how it goes.

It is the same, throws the same error.
