sorry, I am very confused and uncomfortable when making certain scenes, sometimes I just need to turn off the radar display. or need to get rid of HUDs such as money or hours or luggage logos.

You only can hide their HUD on spectate mode.

You can set their camera position then, to watch other players, or do a cinematic, etc. You cannot hide the hud while they're playing. They can hide it by pressing F7 twice.
