Why the accents are not working?
I mean, if i do:
SendClientMessage(i, COLOR_LIGHTRED, "O servidor ser?
Ingame it looks like:

for those who have the same problem, i've fix:
vscode: Ctrl, -> pesquisar por encoding -> trocar para Western (Windows 1252)
or down there in the lower right corner you have the option to change it too
