Where do I find the FCNPC plugin for open.mp version ?
Or is there another plugin that works good with NPCS ?

There are currently no ports of FCNPC to open.mp. I am also not familiar with any replacement or alternative to it currently

How else to put a NPC on Passenger seat without FCNPC ?
Because with the normal code it doesn't work.
Or it was fixed in open.mp ?

real unfortunate there's no way to have it right now, it makes working with NPCs a lot easier
