Now that Streamer by Incognito is available as open source, add that (as is or improved version to fit Open.MP) as default streamer.

Even with removed object limits this could be useful for players with a bad computer.
Id also like to see this in OMP, but i dont think this needs to be done within the first couple updates.

Indeed not for the first releases, but if a plugin is so fundamental that basically everyone uses it, most likely it will be either included by default, or rewritten as part of the open.mp core.
