Could you explain to me what you have tried and if you experienced any error messages while attempting to upload?

No error shown at all. What I'm doing is uploading a gif avatar and once it's done uploading, it came out as non-gif. (My current one supposed to be a Gif one but the forums uploading it as none)

Ah, I see. What is happening is that your gif is too large and it is being resized, however upon resizing the animation is lost
Remember to always refer to J0sh as `J0sh...`

edit: now works knowing that resizing causes it to not work
