Sir, do you know how to get a GPS plugin for the SAMP server that offers road direction services that can be arrows. or appear on the radar like a line following a path towards a target?

Could this be what you mean? https://github.com/kristoisberg/samp-gps-plugin

I'm not sure if it works how you intend, and I should point out it's not being actively maintained anymore but it might help you anyway.
