FPS issues

Hello,
I have been getting this weird issue in samp lately for some reason my fps fluctuates between 70-80 I have an i5 7200U 8 GB RAM laptop which is more than enough for GTA SA but this game still wont run at more than 100 FPS is there any way to fix this? Get more FPS cause I am confident my laptop has the capacity to handle it. Used FPS unlockers but they dont help currently running the game at 720p lowering resolution doesnt help

And you will know that the game is limited to some fps, even if you have a good computer. You need to accept that, and as long as the game works whats the problem? :P
