We have added NPC feature in-game now. You can interract with them through ''F'' key and talk anything you like with him, he'll reply back to you.
Note that some skins are aggressive and some skins are peaceful therefore watch out your actions and behaviour you do against them.
Also the system is still under development to bring it at his best.
