I used to have a lot of Rainmeter themes and stuff before as well.. But I decided I invested too much time into it so Deactivated Windows 7 became my aesthetic.

@Unrea1, you can easily hide it and any icon by pressing right click on the desktop, and selecting "View" -> "Show desktop icons". In the Spanish version: "Ver" -> "Mostrar iconos del escritorio"
