[Client] Runtime error when connecting to a SAMP server

cant see the error, but runtime error often happens when you dont have a compatibility mode set for samp and gta sa. or its that the file locations are separated for some reason and cant run

reinstalling samp into your gta sa folder should fix the issue, or launch samp and gta sa as admin in its properties with windows xp compatibility
