Server MYSQL failing to connect and issues connecting to phpmyadmin are 2 different things, although they do have 1 component in common, the MySQL server. So which one of the 2 is it.
Always keep in mind that a lot of people are active on this forum in their spare time.

They are sacrificing time they could easily spend on things they would rather do, to help you instead.
