First install Microsoft C++ redistributables that mentioned in https://github.com/pBlueG/SA-MP-MySQL#faq

Then tryagain to run samp-server

If errors still occoured:

Get MySQL plugin from https://github.com/pBlueG/SA-MP-MySQL/releases
Put mysql.dll in plugins folder.

Edit the server.cfg:
