In SA-MP those animations are restricted because probably they could get overused and Kalcor doesn't understand that it is game. Animations shouldn't be restricted, MTA doesn't do that either.
Doesn't SA-MP work for GTA SA 1.0 only? I believe it does. 2.0 version of GTA SA disabled mods or at least they have tried though.
