As for the interior, I was working on it, but right now I'm in the middle of my uni's exam period. It'll look a lot like the interior of Starship (SpaceX).

I'll be using other physics aswell, however simulating real life physics all the way is a lot of work. Often it's a good thing to simplify as much as possible, yet keeping the realism up high.

There'll be some Kerbal features too, for those that love that game :)
