I don't get it why it's a must, most of servers are on 0.3.7, biggest ones as well, there aren't many 0.3DL servers in samp server, even tho I'm a fan of having 0.3DL features myself, but I think what you said is wrong.
Logan's server would have 300 players at least daily if it was on 037 and not on DL, it got 100-150 like this at night
Also, there are two servers on Balkan that get 60-70 which is 120-130
So that's 200-400?players if you sum all (only for balkan) which is good because people here rarely try something new.
Also, Skill Arena'd switch to DL too (흍 players)
so will all others follow Skill Arena (@Deity) and you'll have whole balkan on DL which is a lot of players
