It is, it just starts happening after server has been online for a day or so...

The streamer only allows you to bypass global limits, to create more objects. It doesn't bypass local limits, i.e. the number of objects that you can show in one place. Tweak the draw distances, favouring larger objects over smaller ones, so that the ground shows up before the greeblies.
